Taking It Up A Notch - Analyze Your Campaigns Like Never Before

Analyzing campaigns gives you a clear idea of the performance of a particular push notification campaign; was your campaign good, mediocre or ‘let’s never talk about this again’ bad. But the thing is you need to know, so that you scale on a strategy you did on a particular campaign or find out what went wrong.

Do you know when users usually click on your notifications? How has a particular campaign performed during a festival season? You will agree that knowing answers to questions like these can help you create better campaigns.

So, we went ahead and made a few tweaks in reporting. Now you can analyze and monitor your campaigns easily.

Analyzing your campaigns have never been so simple!

We have merged ‘Scheduled Notifications’ and ‘Notification Reports’ to display all the information in one place. Now it will reflect on your dashboard as ‘Campaign Reports’.

Here, you can view the statistics around the notification campaigns. Once you click on a campaign, a pop-up will be displayed with all the details of that particular campaign.

You can check the clicks on a campaign and choose a duration you want to track the performance for.

With this, you can know the days your campaign has performed the best. You can also get an idea of how users respond to your notifications on particular days. For example, if there is a Black Friday sale going on, you will be able to analyze the performance of the campaign specifically for that period.

You can also check the ‘Run’ of your notifications. When you have multiple notifications going out on the same day, you can now easily check the notification that is pushed on a particular date at a particular time.

For example, if you want to check how your Special Weekday Sale performed on 12th March at 10AM, you can now easily do so.

Few other things we added to Notification Reports -

Search Bar- Now you can easily search for campaigns without having to scroll all the way down or go to the next page.

Status - Choose from these statuses to further drill down the campaigns listed-

  • Scheduled - Campaigns that haven't been push out yet, but have been set to be sent at a late date/ time.

For example, you have a sale on gadgets that starts tomorrow. You can schedule them well in advance and make sure that it is pushed out at the right time.

  • Running - These are the campaigns that are ongoing.

For example, you have set a recurring campaign for a sale on shoes that lasts for a week. While it has just been 2 days, it will continue for 5 more days.

  • Completed - The campaign that has already been pushed to the user.

For example, the notification you had sent this morning, has already delivered to the users.

  • Aborted - The campaigns that are scheduled, but halted.

For example, a campaign on a sale of superhero t-shirts that were deleted as the sale had shifted to next week.

Further drilling it down

These statuses can be applied to these two campaigns-

Type - Filter out campaigns on basis of frequency like

  • One-time - That is/will be pushed just once
  • Recurring- Campaigns that are scheduled for more than a day

With these changes, you can keep tabs on your campaigns and get precise stats on which campaigns are performing the best.
